Program Manager eCommerce Real Estate and Workplace

Walmart Global eCommerce is responsible for driving the eCommerce vision for Walmart Inc across all countries where Walmart has operations in as well as in new markets. The Program Manager – eCREW will be a part of the eCommerce Real Estate & Workplace team, responsible helping Associates “live well” at work. The team supports all GeC Associates by providing amenities and workplace services, as well as driving real estate strategy and sustainability initiatives.
The Program Manager will be a leader that drives the eCREW project portfolio and champions change management initiatives within the organization. The position will also spearhead initiatives to improve process and tools, and develop metrics/tools for effective measurement of departmental performance. This position will report to the Director, eCommerce Real Estate & Workplace. The ideal candidate will possess the following: strategic thinking competence, strong organizational, communication and facilitation skills; superior attention to detail; effectiveness in building relationships.
This position is responsible for the operation of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned and/or necessary.
An individual must be able to successfully perform the essential functions of this position with or without a reasonable accommodation. Drives the Office Services project portfolio by leading the strategic planning process with Office Services leadership; collaborating with leadership to
determine project focus for the year; overseeing budget and forecast processes for projects; developing processes and tools for metric tracking and analysis; ensuring all active projects are tracked; overseeing the portfolio timeline and expected deliverables; working with leadership to resolve deliverable constraints; and recommending adjustments to the project portfolio to mitigate customer and business impact.
Manages Office Services communications by developing and maintaining portfolio communications; working with internal teams (for example, information technology, leadership) to create and maintain tools to provide visibility to project status; developing frameworks for executive level communications; writing content for communication materials; and presenting updates at department meetings.
Manages change management processes for Office Services by collaborating with senior leadership to determine key stakeholders and sponsors; providing communication plans for projects; developing change management project plans; overseeing change management activities; and communicating with stakeholders throughout project development and implementation.
Leads the development and maintenance of Office Services Department processes and procedures by ensuring processes and procedures are managed and maintained; benchmarking with industry leaders and external organizations to determine industry best practices; identifying areas of opportunity in department processes; providing recommendations for process improvements or changes; collaborating with senior leadership to determine priorities; driving process improvement initiatives across the department; and promoting operational alignment and efficiencies.
Coordinates, completes, and oversees job-related activities and assignments by developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders; supporting plans and initiatives to meet customer and business needs; identifying and communicating goals and objectives; building accountability for and measuring progress in achieving results; identifying and addressing improvement opportunities; and demonstrating adaptability and promoting
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by hiring and training; mentoring; assigning duties; providing recognition; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures and supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by implementing related action plans; utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy; and providing direction and guidance on applying these in executing business processes and practices.
Bachelor's degree in Business, or related field and 1 year experience in project management, or related field, OR 3 years of experience in project management, or related field.
Additional Preferred Qualifications
1 year of supervisory experience.
3 years project management experience.
2 years of experience leading project or program portfolios.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
